Volume and annual discounts ensure that prices stay fair and flexible as your needs change. Whether you’re running a small pilot or planning for long-term growth, our model adjusts to support you at every stage.
The table below shows the volume discounts for Growth plans. For Enterprise plans, our teams will provide you with custom discounts based on your needs.

This is not a problem. We would help you understand your overages. Overages are the shifts you do above and beyond the shift bundle you choose for each month. For example, you might have chosen a shift bundle of 250 shifts but you did 280 shifts on Kernl. You would have 30 shifts in overages.
This means that you have the flexibility to grow but without being locked into a larger plan before you’re ready. Instead of cutting you off or requiring an immediate upgrade, we automatically accommodate any usage beyond your included shifts.
This means you can confidently take on more work, respond to increased demand or scale your team, knowing Kernl will flex with you.
Once you exceed your included shifts, individual shift pricing will apply by default unless you purchase an overage bundle. Overage bundles offer a discounted per-shift rate and are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. They can be bought at any time and applied to future overage usage, helping you reduce costs when you expect higher volumes. Kernl will proactively notify you as you approach your shift limit so you have time to decide whether to continue with individual pricing or purchase a bundle.
